Our main service is the WEEK PLAN platform (“WEEK PLAN”)—designed to help people with effective time and task management. You can access WEEK PLAN via:

These Terms of Service (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) form a legal contract between:

These Terms govern your use of the Services, our obligations to you, and your obligations to us.

If you’ve gained access to WEEK PLAN through a third-party company, you (not the third-party) are responsible for compliance with these Terms.

These Terms may change occasionally. We’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top when changes occur and may also notify you via email or other means. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, proprietary rights) associated with the Site, Apps, and Services are owned by WISEPLAN or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

License to Use the Services

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services, provided you comply with these Terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer any software components.
License, resell, distribute, rent, or transfer the Services.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Services.
Copy, frame, or mirror any part of the Services.
Interfere with performance or integrity of the Services.
Attempt unauthorized access to Services or connected systems.
Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Violation of these rules may result in license termination and legal action.

It applies to both the original WEEK PLAN and any upgrades unless otherwise stated in a separate license.

User Account Creation

To use the Services, you must create a User account.

Keep your password confidential.
All activity under your account is considered your responsibility.
Report any security breaches immediately.

All account info must be accurate and complete. WISEPLAN may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

Subscription Terms

Access to WEEK PLAN is subscription-based after the trial ends.

WEEK INVIDUAL ULTIMATE PLAN Pricing:

$10.83/month (monthly)
$104/year (annual)

WEEK TEAM ULTIMATE PLAN Pricing:

$32.49/month (monthly)
$312/year (annual)

Up to 10 users can be added with the TEAM plan.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the period. Charges are processed via Apple, Google, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel via the same platform used for payment (e.g., Apple, PayPal).
Cancellations received 7+ days before the subscription ends are effective at the end of the current period.
Cancellations received <7 days before are effective at the end of the next period.

WISEPLAN may cancel your subscription at any time, with or without cause. Refunds are only given if cancelled without cause and are prorated.

Automatic Payments

By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments for subscription fees and applicable taxes via your selected payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, ApplePay, etc.).

Subscription Cancellation

Via Stripe or Lemon Squeezy:

Log in to your WEEK PLAN account
Go to Account Settings
Click Cancel Subscription
Follow prompts to confirm

Via PayPal or Google Play or ApplePay:

Cancel through the respective PayPal, Google Play or Apple account settings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted only under specific written terms by WISEPLAN. Otherwise, subscriptions are non-refundable.

Service and Discount Codes

May be issued at WISEPLAN’s discretion
Non-transferable unless permitted
Must be redeemed during subscription
Cannot be combined with other promotions unless approved

Informational Purposes Only

WEEK PLAN is a productivity tool, not a provider of professional advice. Your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.

Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of all your content but grant WISEPLAN a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, and modify your content as necessary.

All content and intellectual property in the Services remains owned by WISEPLAN or its licensors.

Third-Party Materials

We may provide links or services from third parties. WISEPLAN does not control or endorse these materials. Your dealings with third parties are at your own risk.

Data from Partner Companies

We may receive additional data about you through:

Customer support interactions
Marketing or analytics partners
Co-branded services or websites

We only use this data if you’ve given consent to our partners. Our Terms and Privacy Policy apply only to WEEK PLAN, not third-party sites.

Third-Party Beneficiaries

If you use WEEK PLAN through:

Apple App Store: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries.
Google Play: Google Inc. is a third-party beneficiary.

They have the right to enforce these Terms.

Relationship with WISEPLAN

Your use of the Services does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship with WISEPLAN.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WISEPLAN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

WISEPLAN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WISEPLAN and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Violation of third-party rights

Changes to the Service

WISEPLAN may update or discontinue the Services at any time. We are not liable for any resulting changes or unavailability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA, excluding conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be replaced by one that reflects the original intent. The rest of the Terms remain fully effective.
